How Long My Glasses Will Take?
- How long will it take for me to receive my prescription spectacles?
After your glasses have been processed they are posted directly to you and will take on average 10 working days. Prescription Sunglasses may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete, due to specialised glazing and of course depending on frame availability
- How can I find out if a specific designer frame is available?
You can search using the brand name or model number using the search box at the top right corner of the website. We have also provided many filter options on both sunglass and frames pages. If a particular product is out-of-stock, it will be displayed at the time of viewing product details.
- We intend to complete all ordered glasses on priority basis with maintaing quality control check, however we will keep you informed of status of glasses via email updates.
Delivery and Carriage
- We will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order.

You will be notified by email at the time your Goods are dispatched.

Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your Order.

If your Goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us.

You should promptly inspect goods delivered to satisfy yourselves that goods delivered are as expected.

In the case of non delivery, if either Sunglass Optics or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

If for any reason, you do not accept delivery of the goods, then we may charge you an additional fee to cover any reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us as a result (including additional insurance, delivery, storage or similar charges).

Once goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and Sunglass Optics will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
