Return Policy

The ordered goods will only be delivered to the address supplied on the order form by the customer.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
If we've already shipped your order, you'll need to package the items and send them back to us at

If we don't receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

You may return, exchange or receive a refund on your glasses if you are unhappy with them for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:

  • Normally, you need to let us know within seven days after they have been despatched (30 days for varifocals). The returned glasses need to reach us within 14 days of our original dispatch date.
  • Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (e.g. cases and cloths).
  • You should be aware that in processing any custom made elements of your order, e.g. non standard lenses, tints etc which are specific to you, cannot be refunded

When you do return product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.

Please note that for goods paid for by debit/credit card, that we can only make a refund to the card used to make the original transaction.

Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.
