Orders & Delivery

  • How do I order glasses from

The ordering process is very simple. First select the sunglasses or frame you want to order, click on the Buy now button and add your prescription details. Next you can select preferred lenses to fit your prescription from our recommendation or choose from the whole list, you can also add any custom notes for our optician.  Than You can pay for your order using our secured credit card system powered by sage pay  or PayPal .

  • How long will it take for me to receive my prescription spectacles?

After your glasses have been processed they are posted directly to you and will take on average 10 working days. Prescription Sunglasses may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete, due to specialised glazing and of course depending on frame availability

  • How can I find out if a specific designer frame is available?

You can search using the brand name or model number using the search box at the top right corner of the website. We have also provided many filter options on both sunglass and frames pages. If a particular product is out-of-stock, it will be displayed at the time of viewing product details.

  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?

You may cancel your non-prescription eyewear before delivery. You must notify us in writing, by email or letter. (Click here to contact us). 

  • You may return your eyewear to us up to seven days after delivery. 
  • You are responsible for returning the goods, in perfect condition, with the original box, case, warranty and eye cloth. 
  • It is your responsibility to return goods in perfect condition; we recommend that you use registered post. 
  • We reserve the right to charge a re- stocking fee of 10% of the total cost of your order. 

Prescription Glasses

We do not refund prescription glasses/sunglasses unless faulty. Please contact us in writing and by phone if this is the case.

Completing the refund

If the non-prescription eyewear is returned to us within 7 days we will reimburse the account originally used for payment with 90% of the total cost. 
Where this account is closed we can only offer a refund in credit, this is for security purposes. 
Please note reimbursement can take up to 7 days.


Prescription Glasses

  • How do I obtain my Glasses Prescription?

Under the UK Opticians Act of 1989, it is the obligation of any optician to provide you with a prescription. The optician will provide you with a thorough eye examination and is required by Law to provide you with a copy of your prescription for your own records. You are not under any obligation to purchase your glasses from your optician so do not feel pressured into doing so.

  • Do I need to send you a copy of my prescription?

No - as long as you have a current up-to-date prescription and you feel confident about entering the details into our ordering page, we don't need to see a copy, however you can email us a copy of your prescription for us to check if you wish, you may also fax or post this to us for clarification, we would kindly ask you to note this in the additional information box when ordering.

  • What if my prescription is outside of your range?

If your prescription is not available to order online please contact us with the details of the frames and lenses you are interested in, we will be happy to advise on the availability of your prescription.

  • My Prescription does not have any 'CYL' or 'AXIS' value

This is quite common. The cyl and axis are used to correct an astigmatism. If you do not have an astigmatism, you will not have a cyl or axis included in your prescription

  • What if I have entered some information incorrectly?

Contact us informing us of the error immediately, as we process orders rapidly.

  • Do you supply Varifocals / Progressive glasses?

Yes we do supply Varifocals or Progressive lenses. These lenses combine three visions all in one lens. The distance and reading portions of the lens blend together with a gradual progression from one to the other, giving a third area of the lens, intermediate vision which allows for clear vision at arms distance so providing glasses to see in the far, middle and near distance with no dividing lines or segments - just one simple lens for all uses. Please note that we have a very high rate of success with these glasses but we cannot guarantee success in every case. Our refund policy does not apply to these lenses.

  • Can I order frames without prescription lenses?

Yes, you can order any frame without prescription lenses. Just select 'Buy Frame without Prescription', when ordering.

  • Can I use my contact lens prescription for spectacles?

No, a contact lens prescription is entirely different to your spectacle prescription, if in doubt we advise confirming this with your optician or Doctor before ordering.

  • What if my frames need adjustment after I receive them?

All frames are thoroughly inspected, aligned and professionally verified to the prescription given prior to shipping. If you need a minor adjustment, such as tightening loose arms or adjusting nose pads, you could take them into your optician. Alternatively your may return them to us for correction, please Contact Us first so that we can advise you of the correct procedure which varies depending upon your country.

  • How to choose your glasses

Choose a pair of designer glasses in a style that reflects your personality and wear them with attitude. Or choose a pair that will fit with your lifestyle, or a pair that will accessorise the majority of your wardrobe. Whatever style you decide, you’re sure to love your purchase from

It’s a good idea to have several pairs of designer glasses, one for sports, one for every day, one for evening and special occasions and of course a pair of prescription sunglasses.

If you are unsure about what style suits you there are some rules you can follow but really our advice is to go out and try lots on until you find what you like. 
Try on the various glasses shapes and narrow down the style you like.

Then decide on which material you like–is it acrylic or metal, rimless or half rimmed?
Finally make your colour choice, either a fashion colour if you’re feeling extravert or something a bit quieter that tones with your hair and eye colour. 

If you are unsure about what suits you-don’t be shy ask a friend to go shopping with you while you try some on!

  • Are the lenses glass or plastic?

We can provide all range of optical lenses including glass and plastic.


Manufacturer’s warranty

Your sunglasses and designer prescription glasses will come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. 
This covers you for any fault in manufacture. 
Our designer eyewear is authentic and many of our Designers supply a manufacturer’s warranty card. 

Our guarantee

  • Your prescription glasses will be delivered to you in perfect condition. They will be made to your exact prescription (as specified by you in your order) and will arrive in the designer’s  glasses case with eye cloth and manufacturer’s warranty. 
  • We will repair any defect caused by faulty materials or by poor manufacture up to one year from date of purchase. 
  • You can return your sunglasses for a full refund, up to seven days after purchase. 
  • After 7 days and up to 30 days after purchase, we will give you a refund of 90% of the purchase price. If you accidently damage your eyewear, let us know, we might be able to help with a  repair


General Information

  • Why are prices so low?

We receive all our frames and lenses directly from the manufacturers, which cuts out the middle man and allows us to pass on the savings to you, the customer.

  • Are your designer brands 100% authentic and do they come with the original manufacturer case?

Yes, we only sell 100% authentic designer brands supplied directly from the manufacturer. In many cases, the designer’s manufacturer will include the official case for the product, however, some designers do not supply cases but we substitute this with one of our own branded cases to ensure your new glasses are protected during delivery.
